Eat Out of the Skillet

This may not be a new culinary technique for all.

For me it was an epiphany.

Eat out of the skillet/pot/pan.


Cook dinner… then just eat it, no plating, no table setting just sit down and you (a your meal mate) just dig in.


Why this is a great idea.

1) It saves on dishes.

2) The hot skillet keeps your food warm.

3) You eat the food and its flavor juices

4) Dinner for 2+, go Ethiopian style. Eating communally is conducive to good mental health


Try it, it just feels right.
