Eat Chillis, Burn Fat, Boost Insulin

Researcher are gathering new evidence that capsaicin, the stuff that gives chili peppers their ka-pow, may cause weight loss and fight fatty tissue build up.

Capsaicin binds to the protein TRPV1 that resides on the membranes of pain and heat sensing neurons. Apparently the altered proteins work to break down fats.

Chilli has been a traditional alleviator of diabetes in Jamaica for a number of year, due to it blood sugar regulating effects, while Maya had been adding chilli to just about everything. Their appears to be little down side to going a little liberal on the habanero hot sauce or better still just dust everything with a little cayenne.

Sriracha responsibly.
